St. Anthony’s Transportation Announces Rebranding as KODIS Transportation

KODIS Transportation, an asset light transportation brokerage company and KODIS Logistics, a fourth-party (4PL) warehouse and technology solution provider, will combine to form a vertically integrated logistics company, KODIS Holdings Co., LLC “KODIS”.

The combined company will continue to be privately held and operate under the KODIS brand. “We feel strongly that combining these two high-growth companies will allow us to meet our long-term strategic goal” stated Michael Kokal, President of KODIS.

Kokal continued, “Clients will continue to receive the same high-quality service, which they have come to expect, and we are excited to combine the talent and experience of both Companies.”
